CreditWorks has identified a number of clients contributing to the CRISworks system that are operating multiple branch operations, or multiple trading entities, in many cases operating on different accounting platforms. These clients currently have no way of getting a ‘single view’ of their total exposure to individual client companies.
 
Examples of this are where a company shops at multiple branches of a supplier, and open accounts at each branch. Credit management on the total exposure for this company can be difficult, if not impossible in some cases. Even warning branches where a company is falling behind in payments at one branch is difficult to assess.
 
Or where a merger/acquisition takes place, but the businesses continue to operate on separate systems.

To alleviate this issue, CreditWorks has developed a solution that will provide suppliers with a consolidated view of their customers across multiple branches, or multiple companies within a group.

CreditWorks currently provide existing CRISworks customers with a Consolidated Reporting Suite business solution that allows them to view all their separate branch account information on a consolidated basis, and see this as ideal for a number of organisations in the market place.

The Consolidated Reporting Suite solution would facilitate better credit management by overcoming shortcomings in the current credit management processes that have arisen through having the account data maintained on separate systems.
